About Us

Mikki’s Art was established in 2015 by Dean and Mikki Payne.

Dean had been in the art material supply business for over 30 years, supplying artist materials to retail outlet stores countrywide. Over the years he saw a need for more affordable branded artists paints and papers for professional artists – hence Mikki’s Art was born.

With Mikki’s background history in retail, marketing and management, she is responsible for social media, website and any form of advertising for Mikki’s Art.

To date we supply Winsor & Newton, Daler Rowney, Maimeri, Lukas, Iris, Zellen mediums and various types of water colour and printing papers.

Our goal is to make top quality artist paints and papers available to professional and aspiring artists. We strive to maintain a personal relationship with all our artists.

With our free, personal delivery within the Cape Town area and a courier service to the rest of South Africa available to all artists countrywide.
